Designed around your engine
A custom manifold is not picked off a shelf. It is modelled around your engine, your turbine housing and the space you actually have.

Enquiry
You send the engine, turbo, wastegate arrangement and what the car is used for. Photographs of the bay help.

CAD Design
The manifold is modelled around your actual combination — runner routing, turbine position, clearances.

Mockup
A printed mockup can be fitted first to confirm routing and clearance before any steel is cut.
- 04
Fabrication
Cut, fitted and welded in 304 stainless or 10 gauge mild steel depending on the application.

Fitment Check
Fitment is confirmed before dispatch. Proven designs become catalogue products with a fixed price.
